Day one
Official launch of the Arab–Balkans Corridor, accession and signing ceremonies, and the opening plenary.
Day one
Investment forum — the corridor’s structure, route, governance and commercial model, presented to chambers, companies and institutions.
Day two
Sector roundtables, running in parallel.
Both days
Business matchmaking — meetings arranged in advance for each participating company, matched by sector, rather than an open networking floor.
Evening
Dinner aboard a Nile cruise.

Visas and travel. Delegates requiring a visa for Egypt should register early. Once a place is confirmed, we will issue a letter of invitation on request to support a visa application. We are not able to influence the outcome of any visa decision.

Before you register

Is there a fee to attend?

No. Attendance is free of charge. Travel, accommodation and visa costs are the responsibility of each delegate.

Why are places limited?

The matchmaking programme arranges meetings in advance for every participating company. That is only possible with a controlled number of delegates, so places are capped and allocated as confirmations are issued.

When will I know whether I have a place?

We reply to every registration by email. Where the event is full, we will offer a place on the waiting list and confirm if one becomes available.

Can I send more than one delegate?

Yes, subject to availability. Tell us the number when you write and we will confirm how many places we are able to allocate to your organisation.
